Britney Spears Says She’s Not Sure She’ll Ever Perform Again
Britney Spears took to Instagram to answer a few questions from fans, including one about her future as a performer.
The 39-year-old wore a lace ensemble to address fans. After answering what her favorite business trip was and her shoe size, Spears moved on to another fan’s question: will she perform on stage again?
The Q&A was posted as a video on the star’s social media account.
The caption read, “As @shaniatwain says best … LETS GO GIRLS !!!! It’s time to answer more of your questions 🌸 💁🏼♀️🌹!!!!!! PS … I know it’s WINE and DINE … I was antsy OK 😂🤷🏼♀️🤪 ???!!!”
The mother of two responded to the initial question by saying, “I have no idea. I’m having fun right now, I’m at a transition in my life, and I’m enjoying myself. That’s it.”
Spears has made headlines recently for her ongoing legal battle with her father, who currently acts as the star’s conservator. Despite fans’ concerns about her mental well-being, the singer has been actively posting on her social media accounts.
She recently shared a video of herself dancing on Instagram in a signature brightly colored costume. In the same video, Spears revealed a tattoo in Hebrew lettering for the first time. Under the video, she wrote, “PINK is the new RED 🌸🎀🌷!!!!!”
Spears later shared a close-up photo of her neck tattoo and divulged the meaning behind the ink. She said, “Hot pink makes my tan pop!!! Have you seen the tattoo on the back of my neck before ???? It’s Hebrew, it’s a language written backwards !!!” She added, “It says Mem Hey Shin and means healing !!!! It’s my favorite tattoo but ironically you never see it!!!!”
Spears will appear for the first time in court on June 23 after her lawyer sought permission from Judge Brenda Penny to give her the chance to tell her story.
