'Borat' Marries Isla Fisher

After a six year long engagement, Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen, 38, and fiancee Confessions of a Shopaholic star Isla Fisher, 34, finally got married last Monday in a traditional Jewish wedding, reports Women’s Day, an Australian magazine. The ceremony took place in Paris, with no more than a few close relatives.

Fisher gushed, “It was the absolute best day of my life and in so many beautiful moments I missed you all so much. I thought of you as everything was happening, but Sacha and I wanted no fuss – just us!”

Cohen and Fisher were engaged in 2004 and have a two-year-old daughter, Olive. Women’s Day reports that they postponed their wedding several times because, according to friends of the couple, they were “waiting for the right time to get hitched.” –KADEEN GRIFFITHS
