Blake Shelton‘s Friends and Heroes Tour is coming back after the country singer was forced to cancel a portion of the tour when the COVID-19 pandemic began last year.

“I told you we would be back, and I’m thrilled to say we are kicking off the Friends and Heroes 2021 Tour in Omaha,” Shelton said in a press release. “I’m giving everybody in every city plenty of notice – you might as well tell your boss you’re gonna be late to work the next day and pay that babysitter overtime, because we are going to play some country music for y’all until they turn on the lights.”

Shelton announced that Martina McBride, Tracy Byrd, Trace Adkins and special guest Lindsay Ell are coming along on the tour.

The 17-stop tour is scheduled to kick off on August 18 in Omaha, Neb., and visit cities including Philadelphia; Washington; Nashville, Tenn.; St. Louis and Detroit. The tour’s finale is scheduled for October 22 in Milwaukee.

The “God’s Country” singer is also set to perform at several music festivals this summer including Cheyenne Frontier Days in Wyoming on July 31; WE Fest in Detroit Lakes, Michigan on August 7 and Bash on The Bay Country Music Festival in Put-In-Bay, Ohio on August 25. Get more ticket details here!
