Hollywood couple Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds stepped into the 2022 Met Gala as two of the four co-chairs of the night, along with Lin-Manuel Miranda and Regina King.

To embody the night’s theme, Gilded Glamor, Reynolds wore a black velvet Ralph Lauren suit and white waistcoat, while Lively stole the show in her dress change in her Atelier Versace gown.

When they first arrived, Lively’s beaded dress was wrapped by an oversized coppery satin bow, with matching gloves as well. As she made her way up to the Met stairs, the bow was unleashed into a trailing teal skirt, decorated with copper seemingly painted on. The dress served as an homage to New York City’s most iconic monument, the Statue of Liberty, by mimicking the way that copper oxidizes, turning into an aqua color.

This is the Gossip Girl actress’s tenth Met Gala appearance, stunning everyone present and watching the event with her exceptional fashion intake.
