Punk’d creator Ashton Kutcher,32, may be ready to take legal action against Star Magazine for their Wednesday story that he was seen cheating on his wife, Demi Moore, 47. The article claimed that Kutcher was seen with a “hot young blonde” in Los Angeles, with an eyewitness saying, “Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her. I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn’t Demi."
Now, Kutcher has taken to Twitter to respond to these allegations, seemingly threatening a lawsuit in a tweet saying, “I think Star magazine calling me a "cheater" qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees.” He continued to bash the publication, saying, “STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind "freedom of the press" when you are writing fiction.”
Moore stood by her husband, replying “Excellent point my love!” Moore and Kutcher have been married since 2005. Despite initial raised eyebrows, the couple will celebrate their fifth anniversary in September, Their lawyer, Marty Singer, told Access Hollywood that they are demanding a complete retraction and an apology, however Star Magazine has said that they are standing by their story. —AMY LEE
