Lindsay Lohan is headed back to court. A judge revoked her probation this afternoon and ordered the actress to appear in court on Friday morning, according to CNN. Lohan, 24, failed her most recent drug test, violating the terms of her probation.

After early Internet reports that Lohan had indeed failed her drug test, Lohan herself confirmed the results on her personal Twitter account. "Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result," she tweeted. The actress could spend up to 30 days in jail for each failed drug test.

"Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future," she added. Lohan spent fourteen days in jail earlier this summer after violating the terms of her probation and 23 days in an inpatient rehab facility.

Producers involved with Lohan’s upcoming project Inferno, a biopic of pornstar Linda Lovelace, have been reported to be extremely upset with the actress, allegations they deny. Director Matt Wilder expressed his understanding. "If someone fails a drug test but says I am trying hard and struggling, it’s hard for me to be angry," he told People. –AMY LEE
