Armie Hammer, 36, and Elizabeth Chambers, 40, have settled their divorce.
Chambers filed for divorce from the Golden Globe nominee in 2020 due to “irreconcilable differences” before the sexual assault, rape and cannibalism allegations against her ex-husband surfaced.
The settlement comes weeks after the Los Angeles County D.A. announced that Hammer won’t be charged with sexual assault that he was accused of in 2021.
After different women made multiple accusations against the 36-year-old actor, Chambers posted her thoughts and said she was “shocked, heartbroken, and devastated.” The mother-of-two apparently had no knowledge of Hammer’s alleged actions, even though the suspected accusations happened during their marriage.
“I support any victim of assault or abuse and urge anyone who has experienced this pain to seek the help she or he needs to heal,” Chambers added.
The allegations caused Hammer to lose roles in films such as Shotgun Wedding and Billion Dollar Spy. He also missed out on his parts in The Offer and Gaslit, as well as the Broadway play The Minutes.
Hammer’s last notable onscreen appearance was Death On The Nile.
Chambers has publicly been in a relationship with Ricardas Kazinec, who is a Lithuanian wellness therapist, since last September.
Chambers and Hammer were married for over ten years before calling it quits and share two children, daughter Harper, 8, and son Ford, 6.
