Anne Hathaway was glowing at the LA Art Show and Los Angeles Fine Art Show’s 2016 Opening Night Premiere Party that raised money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Wednesday night.
Hathaway, who announced her pregnancy last November, looked healthy and happy in the Marc by Marc Jacobs embellished broderie anglaise shift dress at the benefit. The Les Miserables actress completed her look with a box clutch and strappy platform sandals.
While walking the red carpet with her husband Adam Schulman, Hathaway opened up about why St. Jude’s holds a special place in her heart.
“The first time I went to St. Jude Children’s was 12 years ago,” Hathaway told People magazine. “It was a place that I had heard about but after I saw it firsthand, I knew that my life had changed and that I would do anything to help those kids and their families, and I would do anything to support this cause.”
Hathaway added, “I truly think that St. Jude represents the best of us and deserves our full support always.”
Hathaway will next bee seen on the big screen reprising her role of the White Queen in Alice Through the Looking Glass. She’s currently filming sci-fi action thriller Colossal with Dan Stevens and Jason Sudeikis.
