Brazilian singer Anitta turned heads in a gorgeous black vintage Versace 2003 gown at the 2023 Grammy Awards on Sunday, earning a spot on Vogue’s best-dressed list and said to have had the best vintage dress of the evening.
The 29-year-old Rio de Janeiro native was nominated for the Best New Artist Award for her hit song “Evolver,” making her the first Brazilian in 50 years to have been nominated for a Grammy.
Despite her loss to jazz singer Samara Joy, the Brazilian bombshell still “feels like a winner” for representing her country at the award ceremony after a decade-long music career. She took to Instagram and wrote, “After 50 years, Brazil is at the Grammy’s.”
