Andrew Tate’s Girlfriend, Brianna Stern, Accuses Him Of Sexual Assault After Trump Administration Pushed For His Return From Romania

Conservative influencer Andrew Tate‘s girlfriend, Brianna Stern, filed a sexual assault report against him, claiming that he choked and attacked her.

Stern stated that Tate almost choked her unconscious during a violent sexual encounter two weeks ago, causing her to report the alleged incident to the police, according to TMZ.

On February 27, Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, landed in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, after being detained in Romania for two years over charges of human trafficking and rape. Their release came after the Trump Administration pushed for them to be freed while awaiting trial.

She claimed in her report that her boyfriend attacked her on March 11 while they had been staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel, sources with direct knowledge have stated.

She told police that Tate started choking her while they had been having sex, and even though she begged him to stop, he kept choking her. 

Stern said that the more she struggled, the more violent he became. She felt everything getting fuzzy as if she was fading into unconsciousness.

Once he fell asleep, she went into the bathroom to examine her injuries. Images show bruising on her face.

Stern says she went to an emergency room in New York City, where she was for work, a couple of days later. Documents revealed she was diagnosed as “post-concussive.”

TMZ also obtained screenshots of alleged text messages between Tate and Stern, during which he talks about beating her.

During these exchanges, the influencer says things like, “I want to beat the f— out of you,” as well as, “I love hitting you. It’s very good for me” to his girlfriend.

In one exchange, he tells her that she needs to be hit, only for her to reply, saying that she does not like it and then ask what she did.

“You deserve it,” he answered her.

Stern and Tate met in June 2024 when she went to Romania for a modeling gig and began dating. 

Tate had been verbally abusive and threatening during the relationship, but the alleged choking incident was the first time he was physically violent, she said.

Since the alleged incident, Stern has blocked him on all social media and messaging platforms.
