Rapper 50 Cent has been ordered to appear in bankruptcy court after posting photos of piles of cash on his personal Instagram.

The photos, taken over two months ago, showed the rapper with money in a mini refrigerator, strewn out across a bed that spell out the word, “BROKE.”

50 Cent filed for bankruptcy last July but has come under scrutiny after the photos were uploaded. A judge has issued the rapper to appear in bankruptcy court to explain the photos.

“I’m concerned about allegations of nondisclosure and a lack of transparency in the case,” Judge Ann Nevins said during a Thursday hearing in Hartford, Conn.

The judge also added, ““There’s a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process. When that process becomes very public, the need for transparency, I believe, is even higher.”

The photos came into discussion after the headphone company, Sleek Audio and SunTrust Bank brought them to the court’s attention in January. The discrepancy was brought on by the rapper’s rival, Rick Ross‘s ex girlfriend, Lastonia Leviston.

After the paperwork was filed, 50 Cent’s lawyers claimed, “forthcoming and transparent with all creditors” and will appear in court.
