Kanye West is facing new allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who claims he drugged and assaulted her at a party co-hosted by Sean Combs. Pisciotta, who first filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against West in June 2024, expanded her claims in an amended lawsuit filed on Oct. 8.

The incident allegedly occurred at a recording studio in Santa Monica, California, where West insisted that all guests consume drinks or leave the party. According to Pisciotta’s claims, after drinking, she began to feel disoriented and “slipped into an altered and highly impaired state.” She later blacked out and could not recall what had happened.

Years after the alleged incident, Pisciotta claims that West admitted to drugging and assaulting her during a conversation. He allegedly laughed and said, “Women love to say they don’t remember,” when she mentioned her inability to recall the night.

Pisciotta was left “wildly devastated and uncomfortable” by the revelation, as she had been unaware that she was assaulted.

At the time of the incident, Pisciotta attended the party with a musical client who, according to court documents, was too “traumatized and disturbed” to discuss the night. Pisciotta had also been unaware of any assault on herself or her client. Initially, she believed she was by someone else, such as a studio assistant who helped prepare the drinks.

The lawsuit further explained how the truth came out during a conversation in which West, 47, allegedly ranted about a text exchange with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. West claimed that his ex made a negative comment about Pisciotta, thinking he had cheated on her with his assistant.

When Pisciotta offered to clear the air with a text to Kardashian, West allegedly stopped her, admitting, “We did kind of hook up a little one time,” referring to the party. West then “proceeded to reminisce” about the night when he “hooked up” with her after she had been drugged.

In the suit, she mentioned how “wildly devastating and uncomfortable” this confession made her feel, leading to “complete and utter shock,” as she had no recollection of the night.

In the suit, Pisciotta also claimed that West had locked them in a room together on another occasion, pleasing himself next to her before falling asleep. She further alleged that West promised her millions in severance pay after firing her in October 2022, a sum she never received. Pisciotta claimed that she is still owed money from her salary.

West’s legal team has denied the allegations, calling them “baseless” and accusing Pisciotta of blackmail and extortion after West rejected her romantic advances. His lawyers also claimed that the former personal assistant was fired for being unqualified and making unreasonable salary demands. The lawsuit also included allegations of sexual harassment, with Pisciotta claiming that West pressured her to cancel her OnlyFans account and left her suffering from anxiety and PTSD.

West’s former chief of staff recently claimed that the rapper is addicted to laughing gas.
