Rapper Gangsta Boo’s cause of death has finally been revealed.

The autopsy report of the Three 6 Mafia member shows a mix of drugs in her body at death – fentanyl, cocaine and alcohol.

The pioneer hip-hop artist, whose real name is Lola Mitchell, was found unconscious on New Year’s Day this year in a residence, and soon was announced dead. The cause of death was never publicly released until now.

Boo was 43 years old, with almost 30 years of career as a rapper.

She joined Three 6 Mafia when she was 14 and became prominent among members DJ Paul, Lord Infamous (who died at 40), Crunchy Black and Koopsta Knicca (who also died at 40).
