Fox News Suffers Glitches During Donald Trump New Year’s Eve Interview
On New Year’s Eve, Fox News had had some technical difficulties during an interview with Donald Trump. Trump was unable to hear the questions being asked by news anchor, Eric Balling.
Throughout the ten minute interview, Balling continued to ask questions without getting an answer.
“I really cannot understand you,” Trump said at one point.
Balling’s cohost, Kimberly Guilfoyle’s microphone appeared to work so they quickly shot out a few questions for the GOP front runner. Trump said that he was going to “amend the mistakes that were made over the years,” and that his New Year’s resolution was “to make America great again.” He also promised viewers that he would be in the White House by 2017.
When he was asked about his opponent, Hillary Clinton, Trump claimed she was in a for her “worst nightmare.”
“We have to really work to make our country great again. We are going to do that, we are going to have a lot of fun doing it, if its is Hillary Clinton that is in the race I look forward to going against her,” added Trump.
In the closing polls of 2015, Trump was in the lead for the Republican polls with 39 percent support among voters, with nearest opponent, Ted Cruz, at only 14 percent.
After a rapid fire round of questions about Trump’s campaign, it seemed there was another glitch during the live countdown. The Trump family seemed to be a several seconds behind the countdown as the ball dropped.
The Trump family rang in the New Year from the Mar A Lago Club in Florida.
