Scott Eastwood opened up about how he maintains his drool-worthy body just days after releasing a teaser for his sexy campaign with Cool Water cologne.

Scott Eastwood Talks “Dynamic” Workout, Shares More Shirtless Pics

Eastwood, 29, fresh off his first big starring role in The Longest Ride, is best known for being Clint Eastwood’s son, but in the past few years he has made a name for himself as a budding actor and insanely fit heartthrob.

“To be really in shape, it’s dynamic, it’s got to be a lot of different everything, always switching it up. So a good day for me would be hit the gym, do some sort of cross training in the gym and then go surfing and maybe take a jiu-jitsu class at night, or go swimming at night, or go stand up paddle boarding in the evening… So you’re doing a lot of things with the body. You’re not just, ‘Oh, I went to the gym and sort of half-assed it,’” he told E! News when asked how he keeps those washboard abs.

Eastwood credits his father for his active lifestyle, adding, “If it’s a part of your life then it’s not a chore. It’s something that makes me feel good. My dad used to always stress this: healthy body, healthy mind. So I like it. No pressure.”

Meanwhile, Eastwood is currently in the middle of filming what could be his most high profile movie yet, Suicide Squad, and he certainly isn’t skimping on his training. “Training continues for #suicidesquad,” he wrote in the caption of a photo on Instagram showing Eastwood running underwater, a huge rock in his hands.
