Bobbi Kristina, the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was found unconscious in a bathtub Saturday.

Kristina’s husband Nick Gordon and a friend found her at her home, facedown in the bathtub and unresponsive after an apparent drug overdose, reported TMZ. Gordon immediately began CPR on Kristina and continued until police and paramedics arrived and took over. Kristina, 21, was subsequently rushed to North Fulton Hospital in Atlanta, Ga.

Although Kristina was reportedly in stable condition Saturday, it was reported Sunday that she had been put in a medically-induced coma and is on a ventilator. Tests have shown that the daughter of the late icon has “significantly diminished” brain function.

Brown, who has been told to prepare for the worst along with the rest of the family, released a statement asking for privacy. “Privacy is requested in this matter,” read Brown’s statement. “Please allow for my family to deal with this matter and give my daughter the love and support she needs at this time.”

Incidentally, Houston, Kristina’s mother, died of accidental drowning in a bathtub in February 2012. Heart disease and cocaine use both reportedly contributed to her death.
