Tim Gunn Calls Taylor Momsen 'Pathetic'

Tim Gunn‘s mouth is on the loose again. After taking the offensive against fashion heavies Anna Wintour and Andre Leon Talley, Gunn’s directing his censure towards a younger target: Gossip Girl‘s Taylor Momsen, 17.

Gunn, 57, who recently shot a guest spot on the show, was appalled by Momsen’s immature behavior. "What a diva!" he told E! News. "She was pathetic, she couldn’t remember her lines, and she didn’t even have that many. I thought to myself ‘why are we all being held hostage by this brat?’ " But Gunn was most upset by Momsen’s inappropriate phone usage. "She was on her phone during every break, I wanted to tell her, ‘If you weren’t on your BlackBerry, you can retain this stuff.’ ”

According to Gunn, he wasn’t the only one miffed by the actress’s unprofessional antics. "At one point the director leaned in and whispered to me, ‘this is day in, day out, my life.’ She annoyed the entire crew," he said. He had better luck with the rest of the cast, calling them "a delight" to work with. –AMY LEE
