Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans welcomed her second baby boy over the weekend – her first with boyfriend Nathan Griffith.

Evans announced the birth of son on Facebook, writing, “Our baby boy is here!” and including a picture of his feet.

Evans, who previously revealed that she and Griffith had picked out the name Kaiser for their first child together, shared a picture of his outfit for Tuesday. “Someone’s going to look adorable,” Evans captioned the snap.

Before making Kaiser’s birth public, Evans tried to trick her fans and followers into thinking that they were at the beach – when she and Griffith were actually at the hospital. "The waves drained me so bad! Another successful beach day," Evans had tweeted. Yet, after their baby boy was born, Griffith wrote, "And you thought we were at the beach… Sike!!!"

Evans’ mother Barbara is currently raising Evans' firstborn son Jace, 5, with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis. She plans to give her daughter full custody if she stays on the right track for the next year. Griffith has a 3-year-old son named Emery from a previous relationship.
