Kourtney & Khloe Kardashian Show Off Abs In Instagram Posts

The reality show sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, show off their abs in their new Instagram posts. The two showed off their toned abs in matching black gym pants and black sports bra.

Kourtney captioned her photo with, “Double gym selfie” while sister, Khloe, captioned hers with, “Gym selfie with the MILF.” Khloe has been in the spotlight for her toned body lately and even grabbing the cover of Complex magazine. The reality star posted multiple different photos on Instagram of her working out and eating right. Khloe alternates between sprinting, crunches and jumping jacks. She also lifts Kettlebells and dumbbells as her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson keeps her focused and driven on her weight loss goals. Kourtney has always been the “MILF” her sister claims she is even after giving birth to three children over the years.
