Pop star Ed Sheeran held a surprise concert at an Irish pub in Boston as part of St Patrick’s Day celebrations on March 17. Sheeran, who is English but has Irish relatives on his father’s side, appeared in a Boston Celtics T-shirt at The Dubliner, located opposite Boston City Hall, where he drew a large crowd.
The singer performed several of his biggest hits, including “Shape of You” and “Galway Girl,” accompanied by Irish folk band Beoga. “Best. Paddy’s. Day. Ever,” Sheeran wrote on X, where he posted a video from the performance. (Credit: The Dubliner via Storyful)
