Dramatic footage shows winds from Hurricane Rafael toppling floodlights at a baseball stadium in Cuba on Wednesday, Nov. 6.
According to the National Hurricane Center, Rafael made landfall as a Category 3 hurricane in western Cuba on Wednesday afternoon. It brought hurricane-force gusts, a life-threatening surge, and flooding before moving into the Gulf of Mexico.
The video, captured by Nelson Saez in Artemisa, shows the floodlight pylon collapsing at Estadio 26 de Julio.
