VIDEO EXCLUSIVE: Wes Bentley Recalls ‘Good Time’ Being Hit By Kelly Reilly For ‘Yellowstone’ Fight Scenes

Actor Wes Bentley sat down to chat with uInterview about the intense Yellowstone fight scenes. In the first season, Bentley’s character gets in a fight with his sister, played by Kelly Reilly.

Luckily, the actors get along much better off-camera than their on-screen sibling characters.

“Kelly is an incredible actress to work with. We trust each other deeply in these moments and these scenes, especially,” Bentley said. “We try to have a good time in between takes a little bit just to keep it check in with each other, but she’s so great to work, especially on these scenes.”

“It’s like I said really tough and draining but it’s great when we first started in the barn scene in season 1, when she was punching me, she was so worried about hitting me. She was too far away from me, but she got the hang of it after that,” Bentley said.

Season 5 of Yellowstone premiered in November and airs Sunday nights at 8 p.m. ET on the Paramount Network.
