On Wednesday night, Ashley Greene talked about her runway dress and shared her thoughts on how to stay healthy at the American Heart Association’s Red Dress Collection Concert.

The actress is best known for playing Alice Cullen in the film adaptations of Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight novels. She also appeared in the 2019 drama film, Bombshell, as journalist and television personality Abby Huntsman.

“I’m a really big advocate of being in the gym both for mental and physical health. If I’m off for like 10 days all of a sudden my energy dips, my mood dips, so I think that’s super important,” told uInterview founder Erik Meers.

“If you can get enough sleep, as a new mom, I understand that’s not in the cards for a lot of people, but sleep is super big for me and then I think really kind of leveling with yourself and grounding yourself. I think if you can spare five, ten minutes just to kind of sit with yourself, I think it’s so helpful.”

She also went on to speak about how she chose her specific dress for the runway event. “I tried on a lot of dresses and I kept looking at this one. I was like, ‘I’m just going to try it on,’ and it made me feel like this kind of Grace Kelly moment, and I feel like especially coming back from having a baby that it’s such a beautiful moment to be able to have. Like why not dress up and feel like a princess?”
