At the event that promotes women’s health, Stause said, “I get it. Everyone’s busy. It’s hard, but it’s a balance. I feel like, you know, we really have to make an effort to put ourselves first and do these things everyone tells us.”
“Sometimes it’s just as simple as finding something you like doing, you know because otherwise, it’s a drag. But if you can find something you like doing – that was the key for me – I really actually like Pilates and before that I would dread every single workout,” she added.
She then showed off her Galia Lahav dress.
“I love them. I’ve worn them several times before. I just think it’s timeless, it’s comfortable and I think I can walk without falling in it.”
You can catch Selling Sunset on Netflix. The sixth season is expected to premiere in the coming months.
