The Sopranos‘ finale aired in 2007, but the crime drama remains a cornerstone of pop culture today.

Drea de Matteo, who played Adriana Le Cerva, recently sat down with uInterview founder Erik Meers to share her favorite moments from The Sopranos.

“I would say that every single ending that ends quietly,” the actress revealed. “Every episode has one of those tableau and it’s where hell just broke loose and it’s Tony and Carmela and she’s just heating him up some pasta and they sit at the table and they don’t say anything to each other. It’s all that unsaid turmoil that just lingers, and there is nothing happening. Those moments for me are incredible.”

She also shared her favorite episode, and her answer is not what was expected.

“I also was obsessed with the episode everybody hated – the one where Joey Pants kills the stripper,” de Matteo said. “That was my favorite episode because seeing the contrast between Meadow in college and this young stripper being killed. She has all this privilege, but her friend kills herself or has mental health issues. Seeing how brutal she is towards that kid is like seeing how brutal Tony Soprano is and how all those guys are.”
