On February 1, the American Heart Association had its annual Go Red for Women Red Dress Collection concert to raise awareness about heart disease. Along with musical performances, women modeled red dresses at the runway show.
Disney star Danielle Mone Truitt, 41, looked stunning in a red, long-sleeve dress with a slit across the chest and a thigh-high split.
In an exclusive interview with uInterview, Truitt discussed what she does to stay healthy.
“Well for my own personal health, I make an effort to have as much self-care as I can,” she explained. “I work a very strenuous schedule, I’m bicoastal. I take at least once or twice a week, I try to just do something where decompress where I’m not running myself ragged. I work out at least three to four times a week and that really helps me relieve stress and keep me sane.”
Truitt continued by describing her ideal Valentine’s date, “Dinner, somewhere very nice, and maybe – I love nature, and maybe if I was in L.A. a walk on the beach. Since I’m in New York may be a rooftop type of thing.”
