Team USA rugby player Perry Baker is ready for the heat in Tokyo, on and off the field.
“I grew up in Daytona Beach, Florida and you know if you know anything about Florida it’s super humid and hot there,” Baker said. “So for me, I personally love playing in the heat because you know anything about rugby you will play a game and then you have like a two- or a three-hour wait before you can play again, and then you have to go warm up again. I don’t like all that. I like being like I’m loose the entire time.”

“So, I love that it’s going to be humid there,” he said. “I feel like I’ll be fresh, my body will be just loose the entire so I’m looking forward to it so it doesn’t bother me.”
