VIDEO: Deputy Rescues Dog Stuck In Canal

A Flagler County, Florida, Sheriff’s Office deputy made a splash when he dove into a canal to rescue a lost dog on Oct. 26. Bodycam footage released by the sheriff’s office shows the moment the aptly named Deputy Alex Wolfe jumped into the water to grab the dog after borrowing a kayak from a passerby. >CHECK OUT THE LATEST VIRAL VIDEOS! Deputies had been called by concerned citizens who saw the dog in the canal and had tried but failed to rescue it. The dog was taken to animal control and has since reunited with its owner, the sheriff’s office said.
