Riverdale star Robin Givens took on an entirely new role as she walked in this year’s American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women fashion show for the first time.
Givens told uInterview that she had never walked on a catwalk before.
“I’ve been to many runway shows, they’re fabulous. I’m not going to be that model, I’m just going to be me,” she said.
Given wore an NF by Nour dress down the runway. The brand, which was started by a young Lebanese designer, writes on their website that they aim to make “affordable evening gowns in a luxurious and high-end feel.”
“I put it on and I kind of fell in love with it,” said Givens about her dress. “There was something classic about it, and it felt a bit like old-time Hollywood.”
“I think it might help me walk because so darn tight,” she joked.
