In a sit-down conversation with uInterview, actor Keith Carradine reflected on his time filming the drama series Dexter, which follows a serial killer (Michael C. Hall) with a code of conduct to only kill guilty individuals. Carradine appeared in 15 episodes of the show from 2007 to 2009, playing FBI Special Agent Frank Lundy. His character developed a romantic relationship with the character Debra Morgan, played by Jennifer Carpenter. Notably, the two characters have a 30-year age gap. Carradine spoke to uInterview founder Erik Meers about his time on the show. “I credit Jennifer Carpenter with making my character work because the idea of that sort of Spring-September romance, it’s always dangerous and there is the possibility of the ick factor there, this older guy with this younger woman, and is that going to play, is it going to be accepted, is the audience going to approve of this – and I really credit Jennifer with making all of that work.” Carradine’s new movie Laws of Man can be streamed now on Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and YouTube.
