A new video of former Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking on what appears to be a crack pipe has been released to the public. Ford, who recently passed away from a rare form of cancer back in March of this year first came under scrutiny in 2013 when the Toronto Star newspaper released the disturbing video of Ford in a hotel room talking to another person while lighting and smoking on a crack pipe.

In the video, Ford is heard referring to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as “just a f*g.” Ford can also be heard referring to the people on Trudeau’s football team as “minorities.” Although Ford initially denied the existence of the video tape, the former Toronto mayor still checked himself into a drug rehabilitation center back in May of 2014.

The reason the courts released the video this week to the public is because all the charges against Ford’s former chauffeur Sandro Lisi have been dropped. Lisi, who was accused of extorting the person who was holding the video of Ford smoking crack, was found not guilty of any of the charges.

While running for Mayor of Toronto for a second term, Ford withdrew his candidacy after being diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Ford was 46 years old and left behind two children and a wife.
