Tom Brady Dad-Shamed After Diving Off Cliff With 6-year-old Daughter, Vivian Brady [VIDEO]

Tom Brady is being criticized after he posted a video of him jumping off a cliff with his daughter, Vivian Brady.

The video that was posted on Instagram and Facebook on Friday showed NFL superstar Brady and his daughter standing near the edge of a cliff.

Brady grabs his daughter’s hand and counts to three before leaping off the cliff with her into the water.

“If Vivi is going to be an Olympic champion one day, it probably won’t be in synchronized diving,” wrote Brady in the caption. Daddy always gives her a 10 though!” he also added gold medal emojis.

Many people who viewed the video were angered and thought that the stunt was too risky.

“When she hesitated, he could of dislocated her shoulder! He snatched her into the water! Smmfh….,” one user commented.

“OMGGGG! HOW irresponsible is that…poor baby, she wasn’t even ready to jump!” wrote another user.

Dwayne Johnson also commented with, “You KNOW I have complete faith in you as a man, friend, player and father – but this just gave me anxiety. Geeezus.”

While there were those who were against Brady, there were those who defended him.

“I loved the fact that she wanted to do this. Daddy helped her be brave,” a user commented.

Brady isn’t the first celebrity to be criticized about parenting. Kim Kardashian West has been bashed before for making her child take photos of her for Instagram.

Victoria Beckham was shamed for sharing a photo of herself kissing her young daughter on the lips. People commented that it was inappropriate, but other moms shared photos of themselves kissing their kids on the lips to show support for Beckham.
