Las week, Migos rapper Offset was detained by police after a bystander informed them that a person was in possession of guns at Los Angeles’s The Grove shopping center. The person with the gun allegedly fled the scene. Video footage shows officers pushing Offset against a wall after escorting him out of his car. He can be heard yelling that he “didn’t break the law” and “I won’t resist if I’m informed that I’m being arrested.”
After reportedly recovering two guns from the scene, Offset and his friends were taken from The Grove’s security center to the police station, where Offset was released at 4 a.m. after his crew members admitted that the guns found belonged to them. In a video allegedly recorded after the whole incident, Offset stated that it was a misunderstanding and he was treated fairly throughout the ordeal.
