Neil Patrick Harris To Star In ‘A Series Of Unfortunate Events’ For Netflix

After lengthily negotiations, actor Neil Patrick Harris will star in the Netflix version of the popular children’s series, A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket.

NEIL PATRICK HARRIS IN ‘A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS’

Harris is set to fill the shoes of the conniving and evil Count Olaf in the Netflix adaptation. Jim Carey was the first to portray the actor in the 2004 movie.

The adaption will be directed by Barry Sonnenfeld and centers around three orphans who lost their parents in a mysterious fire. The three are forced to live with their evil caretaker, Count Olaf. The three orphans, Violet (Malina Weissman), Klaus (Louis Hynes) and Sunny Baulderlaire fight to get away from their villainous uncle.
