NEW YORK, NY - SEPTEMBER 03: Rob Thomas of Matchbox Twenty performs on NBC's "Today" at Rockefeller Plaza on September 3, 2012 in New York City.
Matchbox Twenty is kicking off 2020 with a summer tour! The tour is timed to the 20th anniversary of Matchbox’s 2000 album Mad Season, which spawned Top 10 hits “If You’re Gone” and “Bent.” The set list will likely incorporate some deeper cuts from that album, as well as other popular songs including “3 AM,” “Unwell” and “Push.”

This will be the first time the band has gone on tour since 2017, so don’t miss your chance to see this nostalgic ’90s group live, with supporting act by The Wallflowers.
You may also know the band’s lead singer Rob Thomas from his collaboration with Santana in 1999 for the song “Smooth.” The song, which Thomas described as “cheesy,” was the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for 12 weeks and has now become a meme online.
Now, Thomas will be off on tour with Matchbox bandmates from July to September in cities including Atlanta, Charlotte and Toronto.
