On Wednesday, Mark Wahlberg was spotted enjoying his holiday vacation with his family in Barbados at the Sandy Lane Hotel.
While hitting the Caribbean sand, the 47-year-old Transformers star took a dip in the sea and put his muscles and chest on display as he sported a pair of yellow sea turtle patterned swimming trunks.
Wahlberg’s chest reveal comes months after he shared his workout schedule which included two workouts and a round of golf. In the detailed schedule that begins at 2:30 a.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m., Wahlberg had mapped out his showers, snacks, meals, cryo chamber recovery, golf, family time and business meetings.
Wahlberg previously told Men’s Health that he likes to begin his day by eating egg whites, sprouted-grain Ezekiel bread, almond butter and avocado. Then after cooling down from breakfast, he immediately starts his day with a serious workout session that includes weightlifting, which he often shares through videos on Instagram under the hashtag #4amclub.
By 9:30 a.m. Wahlberg starts his cryo chamber session which he talked about recently in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres.
“It is great for recovery, and it just takes all the inflammation out of your body [and] it helps you sleep,” he told DeGeneres.
According to his schedule, after his second workout at 4 p.m. the actor begins to wrap his day up with a shower at 5 p.m. leading into dinner and family time before bed.
