Justin Timberlake has announced his latest album, Man of the Woods, to debut Feb. 2.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM, MAN OF THE WOODS

It has been four years since The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2 came out, and fans have been waiting for the singer’s next album since. The 36-year-old unveiled a minute-long teaser for the album on Tuesday. “This album is really inspired by my son, my wife, my family, but moreso than any other album I’ve ever written, where I’m from,” Timberlake said in voiceover. “And it’s personal.”

The “Sexyback” singer was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and grew up by Shelby Forest in the same state. The teaser shows clips of the outdoors, including bonfires, horses, a secluded lake, and Timberlake walking through corn stalks. It also features a glimpse of Timberlake with his wife Jessica Biel and their son Silas. “It feels like mountains, trees, campfires. Like wild west,” Biel said in the clip.

Pharrell, with whom Timberlake collaborated on this album, also appears in the trailer. “It feels so earthy,” he said of the album. “It’s just where you are in your life right now.” The video also features a brief clip of a piece of new music, and shows Pharrell and Timberlake in the recording studio together. “That is a smash,” Pharrell said.

Man of the Woods will hit stores just two days before Timberlake’s anticipated return to the Super Bowl Halftime Show on Feb. 4. It is unclear as of now if the artist will perform any of his new songs at the show, but more information will likely be given in the coming weeks. The video specifically refers to Jan. 5 for a new announcement as well.

Timberlake has already posted more to his Instagram account. “1 of 4. Friday, midnight ET,” he wrote on one photo that reveals that one of the songs on the album will be called “Filthy.” “This song should be played VERY loud,” text on the image read.
