Frontier Airlines Removes Woman For Trying To Fly With Squirrel As Emotional Support Animal [VIDEO]

Flying squirrels are impossible, at least on Frontier Airlines.

The Orlando Police Department was forced to remove a woman from a flight after she tried bringing a squirrel on board, claiming it was an emotional support animal.

When the woman arrived for Flight 1612, she revealed that the support animal she had previously cleared was actually a squirrel, which is not allowed on the airline, Fox8 reported. According to ESADoctors.com, a site that provides information on where support animals are allowed, Frontier Airlines only allows cats and dogs on its flights. The airline also specifies that rodents are not allowed on flights, meaning squirrels can’t fly.

Not only was the woman removed, everyone on the flight had to exit after she refused to leave the plane.

“When she refused to deplane Orlando Police were called and requested that everyone be deplaned so they could deal with the passenger,” Frontier said in its statement. “Police eventually escorted the passenger off the aircraft and took her to the main terminal.”

A fellow passenger posted a video of the ordeal.

“So im flying back to cleveland and everyone got on the plane then was asked to exit the plane,” he wrote. “Only to later find out a woman brought a squirrel in her carry on and labeled it as her emotional support pet. Then refuses to get off the plane until the cops come.”

As the woman is wheeled away, presumably with the squirrel, she tells onlookers to “shut up” before flipping them off. A few people begin to applaud as she’s taken away from the flight and she then gives a thumbs-up to the crowd and says, “Thank You!”

Another passenger shared a pair of videos and wrote “they made us deplane because a woman brought on a f—— squirrel.”

The flight later departed Orlando for its destination in Cleveland, without the woman or squirrel, after a two-hour delay.
