A massive Turks & Caicos estate formerly owned by Bruce Willis has re-entered the housing market with a significant $37.5 million price tag.
The home is located on Parrot Cay in the archipelago nation and encompasses over seven acres of land. There are three separate homes on the property with a total of 12 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and four pools between them.
It’s unclear when it was first purchased, but the estate was built in 2004 and was the site of Willis and wife Emily Hemming‘s marriage five years later in 2009. They also renewed their wedding vows there before selling the property in 2019.
The property was extensively redesigned in 2020, and according to building managers COMO, the home will now include a full staff who will assist residents with cooking, housekeeping, and general management of the estate.
