Elle Fanning Wears Valentino Couture To Berlin Film Festival

Elle Fanning, 19, wore an exquisite Valentino couture gown to the 68th International Berlin Film Festival on Thursday.

The silver dress blossomed away from her waist and touched the floor, and was cinched at the actress’ waist by a blue satin bow. Over her shoulders laid a red top with extended sleeves that also hit the ground. The cape dress was one of the most astounding and impressive looks at the award show’s opening night.

Wes Anderson‘s stop-motion animated feature Isle of Dogs kicked off the annual event, making it the first animated film to ever open the festival. It will hit theaters on March 23, and critics are already praising the film.

Fanning’s next film is called Galveston and will premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival in March. In it, she plays Raquel, who meets a hitman who is returning to his hometown of Galveston, Texas, to plan his revenge after escaping a set up.
