President Donald Trump tweeted a video mocking former Vice President Joe Biden, and his propensity for touching other people.
The video features a cutout of Biden meandering behind the former vice president, and sniffing his hair, a reference to the accusations against Biden.
Trump tweeted the video with the remark, “Welcome back, Joe,” in all caps.
In the original video, Biden addresses the allegations of inappropriate behavior, saying his touching was all about making a “human connection.”
When asked if Biden should apologize, Trump said, “He’s going to make his own decisions, he’s very capable of making a decision, I assume.”
More than a dozen women have accused Trump of sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior, but Trump has denied these allegations.
