Billy Joel Announces Show At Detroit’s Comerica Park [Ticket Info]

“Piano Man” singer Billy Joel is putting his Madison Square Garden residency on hold to perform a concert in Detroit.

Joel, who has been performing his residency show in Madison Square Garden for years, is taking on a new venue for a performance at Comerica Park in Detroit. The performance is going to be his largest capacity Detroit concert in 25 years.

Joel’s last formal stadium show was in 1994. The show, at Pontiac’s Silverdome, was shared with Elton John as part of their tour, Face to Face.

The Detroit concert is set to take place on Friday, July 10, 2020.
