Alec Baldwin Pleads Guilty In Parking Spot Dispute, Lands In Anger Management Classes

On Wednesday, Alec Baldwin pleaded guilty to harassment over a conflict that took place last year over a parking spot.

The actor has now been ordered to participate in a short-term anger management program and pay a $120 fine.

Baldwin, who recently impersonated President Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live, had originally faced misdemeanor assault and harassment charges after allegedly punching Wojciech Cieszkowski on November 2 over a parking spot in Greenwich Village.

At the time the 30 Rock star took to Twitter and denied hitting Cieszkowski.

“Normally, I would not comment on something as egregiously misstated as today’s story. However, the assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false. I wanted to go on the record stating as much,” he wrote on his foundation’s official Twitter account.

He also told police that a family member was saving the spot when a man pulled into it. However, he admitted in court papers that he had pushed Cieszkowski.

Baldwin now has to finish an anger management course before a court date scheduled on March 27.

This is not the first time Baldwin has made headlines over his temper as in 2011 he was thrown off an American Airlines flight after refusing to turn off his cellphone for departure. Within the following year, Baldwin also got into an altercation with a photographer after obtaining a marriage license with his future wife, Hilaria Thomas. In 2014, the actor was also taken into custody by New York Police after allegedly riding his bike the wrong way on Fifth Avenue and for disorderly conduct.
