Taylour Paige is an American actress. She is best known for her roles in Hit the Floor, Jean of the Joneses (2016), Zola (2020) and Magazine Dreams (2023).

Taylour Paige was born on October 5, 1990 (Taylour Paige: age 32), in Santa Monica, California to Reginald Paige and Cheryl Williams. Paige has an older brother, Travis Paige.

Paige graduated from St. Bernard Catholic High School in 2008 and graduated from Loyola Marymount University.

TAYLOUR PAIGE BIOGRAPHY: CAREER

Paige started her career by doing commercials before starring in Hit the Floor (2013-2016) where she plays Ahsha Hayes, the newest cheerleader for the basketball team, the Los Angeles Devils. In 2016 Paige took to the movie screens when she starred in Jean of the Joneses, a family drama about heartbreak and the ability to heal with the help of family.

In 2020 Paige’s career took off after she played the role of Zola, a stripper who has gone in way over her head, in the film Zola. The film is based on the Twitter thread by Aziah “Zola” King where she recounts the time she went to Tampa, Florida with a new friend and was nearly human trafficked. Thanks to this role, Paige won the Best Female Lead award from Independent Spirit Awards.

BROOKE PAIGE BIOGRAPHY: MAGAZINE DREAMS

Paige’s most recent role was in the film Magazine Dreams (2023) where she played the prostitute, Pink Coat. Magazine Dreams follows the story of Killian Maddox (Jonathan Majors), an aspiring bodybuilder star who struggles with controlling his temper while pushing his body to extremes in order to meet unrealistic masculine expectations.

In an exclusive interview with uInterview, Paige talked about the film’s message on masculinity. “We want men to be strong, and then we break them down, and they’re weak. And what could be worse than a weak man? A weak man is a scary man. We’re all walking that line,” Paige said. “I feel like we’re all so fragile. Everybody’s just one day away or one moment away from losing it… We’re hard, we’re mean to each other — we’re cold.”

Paige also told uInterview, “I think it starts with us loving men in our homes and how we raise men. There’s a lot of lovelessness and expectation on our society and our culture.”
