JBL Everest Elite 750NC Review: An Improvement For Its Series

Bose and other companies are known for producing high-quality Bluetooth headsets, and Harman International ceremoniously revealed the newest models in their ongoing Evergreen Elite line – including the JBL Everest Elite 750NC.

Ultimately, CNET had a positive first impression of the headphone. Their preview noted how it was an improvement from its predecessor, even if it may not match up to Bose’s and Sony’s counterparts.

The 750NC boasts its manufacturer’s latest Adaptive Noise-Cancelling, promising to allow you to enjoy your music undisturbed. The app’s Awareness setting can fine-tune how much noise you want to let in. However, CNET’s assessment noted how, while “effective,” the noise-cancellation emits a hissing noise when in use. It wasn’t worse than the hissing that must be endured with other headphones, however. Thankfully, the 750NC fits comfortably around your ears, as affirmed by Forbes‘ report.

As for its battery life, the JBL Everest Elite 750NC will maintain its charge for 15 hours if the noise-cancelation is turned on. If it’s not, it will last for 20 hours instead. The headset recharges through its Micro USB port, and it takes three hours to compete the process.

An app for Android and iOS smartphones, called the My JBL Headphones App, can add more enhancements to the experience. Aside from granting automatic updates to your Everest Elite family member, it also hosts a wealth of customization options. This is also where the TruNote auto calibration feature resides.

The JBL Everest Elite 750NC is out now and it costs $299.95, which is the same amount its predecessor sold for. Three distinct colors are available: Gunmetal, Mountain Silver and Steel Blue.
