Beats Studio3 Will Grace Your Ears Next Month

Beats’ signature series of headphones will receive its third iteration next month, the Beats Studio3 Wireless. While aesthetically indistinguishable from the preceding model (aside from a few new coloration options), Beats recently announced next generation will indeed see significant upgrades.

BEATS STUDIO3 WIRELESS REVIEW

Beats may have been pleased with the external design of the Studio series, but the internal components have received a noteworthy revamp. Apple’s W1 chip is the biggest upgrade, offering you a wealth of improvements. If you have a compatible Apple device, you can easily link them together. Another appreciated boost lies in the Studio3’s battery life; you can listen to your headphones for up to 22 hours when taking advantage of the wireless capabilities and noise cancellation, which is roughly double of the previous Studio model. If you keep the latter feature off, you can enjoy up to 40 hours.

Like its siblings and competitors, the Studio3 will offer noise cancellation — dubbed Pure ANC — to ensure you can enjoy your tunes undisturbed. Moreover, this feature regularly reconfigures its audio output to maintain its integrity and intricacies. According to CNET’s hands-on preview, Studio3’s noise cancellation is a discernible improvement. Apple’s W1 chip is to thank for these enhancements. Plus, aside from listening to music, you can also use the Studio3 to make calls or chat with Siri.

Upon opening the box, you’ll score the headphones, a carrying case, a 3.5mm RemoteTalk cable, a warranty card, a Quick Start Guide and a universal USB-A to USB Micro-B charging cable. Notably, the warranty will last for one year. In total, there are six different hues to chose from: red, white, blue, matte black, shadow gray and porcelain rose. The latter two are limited edition colors, although all six cost $349.95. Shipping will begin in October.
