At the Billboard Women In Music luncheon at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City Friday afternoon, Beyoncé rocked a knotted, asymmetrical marsala dress by Haute Hippie that featured a slit that went all the way to her upper thigh. She completed her look with brown peep-toed stilettos and a few bangles on her wrist. The “7/11” singer wore her hair in loose curls and parted down the middle.
