Justin Bieber performed a surprise show at SXSW on Sunday and reportedly dedicated a song to his on-again-off-again girlfriend, Selena Gomez, who was in the audience.
Bieber surprised the audience at his manager, Scooter Braun’s concert event, Scooter Braun Project’s Sunday Funday Showcase, which featured performances by Cody Simpson and Tori Kelly. The show promised surprise guests, and no doubt the crowd was already packed with Bieber fans hoping that the pop star would appear.
Bieber snuck in between sets, performing a few of his hits, including “As Long As You Love Me” and “Boyfriend,” as the audience shrieked in delight. His set lasted about 20 minutes.
Bieber seemed more than happy with how the concert went, tweeting a video of his performance along with a message of, “This is why I do it!”
According to reports, Justin Bieber showed up at SXSW with Selena Gomez on his arm. The duo was rumored to have reunited for a date night in Texas over the weekend following Bieber’s now infamous deposition in Miami.
Bieber reportedly dedicated “As Long As You Love Me” to Gomez, saying, “This next song goes out to my baby.”
Sources say Bieber and Gomez were inseparable the entire night, telling Us Weekly, “Justin and Selena were together the whole time. Sitting together, hanging out, and very friendly together.”
Adding fuel to the "Jelena" fire, Bieber reportedly posted two short videos on Instagram of the couple performing a sexy choreographed dance to John Legend’s “Ordinary People.” The videos have since been deleted, but fans captured the clips and uploaded them to YouTube.

Bieber first sparked rumors that the two young stars were rekindling their romance when he posted a photo to Instagram of Gomez at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party last week with the caption, “Most elegant princess in the world.”
