Jessica Simpson Adds New Line To Collection

A round of applause is in order for Jessica Simpson; the 31-year-old singer, reality television personality and entrepreneur looks like a billion bucks. And it's no wonder, because her Jessica Simpson Collection has earned her that much — the first celebrity brand to do so. Replete with everything from clip-in hair extensions and shearling coats to "fancy" fragrances and customized skin care packages, Simpson's celebrity has spawned a brand with staying power.

The expectant mom's latest venture is a collaborative effort with sister and fellow starlet, Ashley Simpson. The two Texas natives recently launched Jessica Simpson Girls, a trendy line of tween apparel. Its available at major fashion retailers like Macy's, Belk and Von Maur. The line includes affordable fashion fixes: $55 riding boots, $32 skinny jeans and $150 puff coats. Along with her girls' launch, Simpson embarked on a skincare project with e-commerce site BeachMint, which owns several sites with celebrity collaborations for jewelry, tees and shoes: JewelMint with Kate Bosworth, StyleMint with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, and ShoeMint with Rachel Bilson.

“I have learned so much about the skin throughout the development of BeautyMint," Simpson said of the line, a collaboration with skincare expert Nerida Joy. "The science behind the products is amazing.” Like similar social e-commerce sites, members complete a questionnaire, are given a skin consultation and pay a monthly fee to receive a customized set of skincare products each month.

Those covered on the tween and skincare fronts can turn to the star's namesake clothing, accessories and fragrance collection. Simpson has an assortment of new boots under $200, handbags under $100, and even luggage for $150 and below. Fans can catch some pretty great deals now on her site's sale section. And for those looking to invest in a Jessica Simpson original for the long haul, check out her newly launched fine jewelry collection. It includes yellow, rose and white gold, and sterling sliver pieces accented with black and white diamonds. Prices range from $149 for her "I Am Free" earrings to $629 for her white gold and diamond "Double Heart" ring.
