Bring Bieber Home For The Holidays

While there are thousands and thousands of girls who'd love to catch Justin Bieber with mistletoe in hand, his latest album, Under The Mistletoe, will have to do. Bieber, 17, the pop phenom who was discovered on YouTube, released his second album and first holiday compilation on November 1. Contrary to the typical celebrity Christmas project, Bieber's record features a 15-song tracklist of mostly original songs.

"This Christmas album is amazing. Might be the best album yet," Bieber's manager Scooter Braun tweeted. "All originals … soon 2 b classics. every1 i play it 4 is blown away. #excited." Bieber and his team recruited the help of Christmas carolers like Mariah Carey, Usher, Boyz II Men and Busta Rhymes for the album.

Insiders also confirmed Bieber's collaborations with such industry heavywieghts as Sean Kingston, Jonathan Rotem and fellow chart topper, Taylor Swift. "Wow!! Got to see @justinbieber & @taylorswift13 write a song together last night," producer Kuk Harrell tweeted last week. "SMASH!!!! SMASH!!! SMASH!!! Let's do it again y'all!!!"

Bieber just wrapped filming the video for his Christmas album's first single, aptly titled, "Mistletoe." "[A]ll my fans are going to love it. It's something that I feel like they're going to be singing every Christmas, " Bieber stated in a special, behind-the-scenes look at the making of the video. The video will precede the album's release date with an October 18 premiere.

Aside from some modern-day spins on Christmas classics like "The Christmas Song," "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" and "Drummer Boy," a deluxe editon of the album will include "Pray," "Silent Night" and "Someday At Christmas."
